In the bible Archangel Jophiel is found in the timeless story of Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden. After Adam and Eve sinned, they could no longer stay in the garden and were banished from it. God had given the task to Archangel Jophiel to expel them from the Garden of Eden.
Archangel Jophiel is part of the hierarchy of archangels call the cherubim. She is depicted with a firey sword in Christian and Jewish Traditions. Archangel Jophiel’s was known as the Sword of Conscience, helps humans to discern truth.
After Adam and Eve were sent from the garden, Archangel Jophiel was assigned as guardian of the Tree of Life which she protected with her flaming sword.
